Priya Tomar of counsel represented her client in an appeal against a conviction and sentence for the offence of driving with no insurance. The hearing was successful and resulted in the appeal being allowed and conviction quashed. The client was very happy and relieved as the outcome had gone against him at the Magistrates court stage.
